Amidst the sweltering heat of the Pantropiko summer break, ‘MINI Blooms’ from all over the country gathered at the first-ever MINIverse Fan Meet, an exclusive party for young BINI fans aged 3 to 12, on April 27 at One Ayala Space, Makati.  And it wasn’t only BINI that made the day for the MINI Blooms, but Knowledge Channel as well with its booth of fun activities topped by a “BINIfied” Knowledge-On-The-Go game.

In its 25th year this 2024, the Knowledge Channel Foundation Inc. (KCFI) strived to make quality education accessible to children. It donated and turned over Knowledge Channel TV Packages (KC TV), Knowledge Channel Portable Media Library (KCPML), and school supplies to 121 schools nationwide. KCFI organized training for educators and produced numerous educational lessons to make learning fun and engaging. Through its partnerships, it ignited hope and honed more of children’s basic skills in financial literacy and hygiene. In a significant step toward advancing Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) in the country, Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. (KCFI) joined key government leaders and philanthropic organizations in a roundtable dialogue to align efforts and explore collaborative solutions for improving early childhood care and education in the Philippines. 

PASIG CITY, Philippines - The Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. (KCFI) and Energy Development Corporation (EDC) officially entered into a partnership to develop an educational awareness campaign for EDC’s Flagship Species Initiative (FSI), a biodiversity conservation program under EDC’s BINHI program. The official Terms of Reference (TOR) signing took place at Rockwell Business Center Tower 3 on March 24, 2025.

PASAY CITY, Philippines – The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) successfully conducted a two-day training for Local Government Units (LGUs) on history and heritage at the GSIS Conference Room, GSIS Financial Center, on March 11–12, 2025.

MAKATI CITY, PHILIPPINES – Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. (KCFI) was recently recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd) and the National Teachers’ Month Coordinating Council (NTMCC) for its significant contributions in the celebration of National Teachers’ Month (NTM) 2024. This was presented during the 44th NTMCC meeting on March 11, 2025. 

Rina Lopez, President and Executive Director of the Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. (KCFI), was among the first recipients of the Gawad Flora A. Ylagan Award for Eminent Women in Education, presented by the National Teachers College (NTC).
