SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union (PIA) — Alternative Learning System (ALS) opportunities in Isla Solomon, Bauang, La Union, have been strengthened with the turnover of a television package and educational materials, improving access to quality education in this geographically isolated community.
March 23, 2026 – MANILA, Philippines – In a vibrant celebration of youthful creativity and storytelling, Anak TV successfully concluded the first batch of its highly anticipated Sinebata Workshop. Held over three intensive days, the workshop gathered children from various schools, including Commonwealth Elementary and High School and San Francisco Elementary and High School, equipping them with the tools to translate their unique perspectives into compelling short films under the unifying theme, “Hear My Voice.”

Bringing the joy of traditional Filipino games (Larong Pinoy) back to schools, the LarOlympics of KCFI and Unilever–Breeze reached over 148,000 Grade 4–6 learners in 103 public elementary schools nationwide. Formerly known as EcoPlay, the LarOlympics for school year 2025–2026 was implemented across the Schools Division Offices (SDOs) of Marikina City, Quezon City, Cebu City, and Davao City, educating, engaging, and empowering learners through play, sportsmanship, and resilience.
Anak TV formally kicked off the 2026 Anak TV Awards season in Ilocos Sur, beginning the nationwide screening and voting process that determines which television programs will earn the coveted Anak TV seal.
