Ms. Rina Lopez-Bautista was the keynote speaker during the Gawad Mag-aaral 2007, an annual event which aims to recognize all outstanding student leaders, brothers and alumni who have made an impact in the history of De La Salle University. Now on its 24th year, with the theme - "Communion in mission and Mission in Communion."

United Pulp and Paper Co., Inc granted to Knowledge Channel Foundation a check donation which has been raised through joint efforts of UPPC, its customers and suppliers during their "Bowling for a Cause" event concluded last July 06,2007.

As part of its commitment to boost the development of Mindanao, the United States Agency for International Development(USAID) and Knowledge Channel turned over Monday 10 episode peace education modules to the Department of Education(DepEd).

When Carol Catacutan-Sam training director and events manager of the Adaptive Technology for Rehabilitation, Integration and Empowerment of the Visual impaired (Atriev), was offered to join the Samsung DigitAll hope grant program in lieu of sponsorship for an October 2006 concert they were arranging, she didn′t gave it much thought. After all, only a few days were left before the deadline, and she was deeply involve in preparations for the concert.
