In response to the urgent need for donations and service brought about by the disastrous passage of typhoon Ondoy over the greater part of Central Luzon, Knowledge Channel Foundation headed to the PhilSports Arena (Philippine Institute of Sports Arena) formerly known as ULTRA (University of Life Training and Recreational Arena) which was then turned into a an evacuation center.

The Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc.’s (KCFI) Board of Trustees visited Old Boso-Boso Elementary School in Antipolo City to get to know one of KCFI’s beneficiary schools. With a population of 926 students and 19 teachers, Old Boso-Boso ES has been connected to the Knowledge Channel (KCh) since 2006 through the intervention of the British Embassy.

(KCFI) President and Executive Director Rina Lopez-Bautista recently graced the 49th National Rizal Youth Leadership Institute Conference in Baguio City as keynote speaker. The theme of this year’s conference is “Children of Rizal’s One Hundred Years: Surpass the Past. Fulfill the Future”.
