Ms. Rina Lopez-Bautista joined other panelists for the session on Science and Technology for Education at the 2006 UN Department of Public Information (DPI) and Non-government Organization Conference in New York. At this event, Ms. Lopez-Bautista emphasized that strong multi-stakeholder partnerships has become imperative in implementing the Knowledge Channel program for teachers and students in the Philippine public school sector.
